REVOLUTION THICK CUT TJ GEAR PACKAGE

This package will include Revolution Gear ring & pinion and master install kits to regear a TJ Dana 30 and TJ Dana 44 differentials.

Revolution Gear & Axle Master Overhaul Kits come with all the necessary parts to rebuild your differential and install a new ring and pinion set. Revolution master Overhaul kits come with top quality Koyo Bearings and National seals. Along with new Koyo Bearings kits include Pinion seal, Pinion Shims, Carrier Shims, Pinion Nut, Gasket or Sealant, Preload shims or Crush sleeve, Ring gear bolts, Gear marking compound & Loctite for the ring gear bolts.

Fitment:

1997 - 2006 TJ Wrangler

NOTE:

Thick cut rear gear is to fit 3.73, 3.55, or 3.07 carrier so you don’t need to change the rear carrier, if you are or have already fitted an aftermarket locker you need to confirm what you have right now.

If you have 3.55 or numerically lower ratio you WILL need a new front carrier.
